All our employees are contractually bound to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion. Our translators are also subject to professional confidentiality, on the same basis as doctors or lawyers, so you can be assured of absolute discretion.

Data protection

INTERSERV’s innovative IT department guarantees secure data exchange through the VPN and advanced encryption technology. Automatic upgrades, combined with regular security checking and testing, ensure the system is always up to date.

Our web applications have EV-SSL certificates from a trusted Swiss service provider, ensuring they meet the most recent encryption standards and are based on tried-and-tested or recommended configurations. The system is monitored to guarantee business continuity. We naturally run regular back-ups and store important data at several separate locations.
